1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Daily Email Digest application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides a personal daily digest of your authorized Google email inbox and calendar. The App:
- Reads Gmail messages and Google Calendar events using read-only permissions.
- Processes content locally on your device.
- Delivers a daily summary to you.
3. Authorized Use
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by the account owner. You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to access data belonging to other users or accounts.
- Not use the App to circumvent any security or access controls.
4. Account Authorization
The App requires you to authorize access to your own Google account(s). You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Digest summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App, including decisions made based on digest content.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. The developer may discontinue the App at any time without notice.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
